Why I Cut Off My Clients

I have adopted a strategic approach in my practice where I sometimes choose to cut off certain narratives. This is done intentionally to prevent clients from reinforcing the stories they may have been telling themselves, perhaps for their entire lives.

As a coach and therapist, my role is to assist clients in uncovering their truth. It is essential for them to understand that while they may not always like their truth, accepting it is a crucial step towards changing it. Avoiding or skipping over the truth only leads to prolonged suffering.

This approach underscores why traditional therapy might not always be effective. In conventional settings, therapy often involves merely talking about problems, which can sometimes reinforce a sense of helplessness or the belief that nothing can be changed. However, I believe there is a way to move beyond this.

I can help you. Let me guide you towards ending your past suffering by altering your mindset and perspective. Together, we can work on changing how you view and engage with life.

Alternatively, continuing on your current path without addressing these underlying issues may lead to persistent suffering and a perception that life is inherently difficult.

I am here to support you in choosing a path that leads to healing and growth.
